Another small update on our construction. We are currently demolishing the previous footing on the site. This process may sound simple but involves much complex work because it correlates heavily with the footing of Glenferrie Rd and Luton Lane. If the process isn’t done right, the consequence will be the permanent damage of Glenferrie Rd. To successfully accomplish this, we have a team of highly-experienced builders to help us, Aspekt Construction. Aspekt looks thoroughly into all angles and perspective of the case to ensure that it is delivered smoothly and without compromises.

Aspekt is currently doing the piling works on site. There may be a concern that this rainy season can affect these site works, but with Aspekt Construction, you can rest assured as they are highly experienced with all the difficulties, keeping the progress in pace and on time. We are very glad that we have received couple of calls from our buyers, and we encourage all of our buyers to contact us with e-mails or calls if you wish to know more about the construction progress.

Hawthorn Club has been progressing excellently with everything being on track. Thanks to Aspekt's efforts, you can now see a massive amount of soil being excavated for the underground car park, meaning that our first stage is almost finished and we are now looking to go upwards. As a leading developer who specializes in developing luxury apartments and houses, we are excited to see the emergent of Hawthorn Club as the future landmark of Hawthorn. To avoid sending construction update too often as some of our buyers suggested, we will send out e-mails less frequently from now on. However we are also glad that some of buyers give us calls and e-mails to share news and seek for more construction updates, and any inquiries via e-mails or calls are most welcomed.

Today we want to share an exciting news for Hawthorn Club. Excavation stage is officially finished, the crane is now up, starting from now on we are moving upwards. In the next month we would work on the concrete slabs and you can start picturing the basement car park. It has been a rainy season during Aug and Sep, and rainwater can be a headache when you have a large hole in the site. But don't worry as we have our builder Aspekt with us. With their extensive experience in construction management we fly through the stage smoothly and everything is under control.

We hope you had a wonderful holiday over the Christmas break and a Happy new year. We are here to share another construction update on our Hawthorn Club project. Over the break, our team at Aspekt has kept continuous work on site, delivering a strong start to 2018. The team is able to finish the slab pour in the third basement and is now half way through the second basement, steadily moving our way up to the ground floor. Thanks to Aspekt, their efficiency and proficient knowledge has put us onto the right spot in our schedule.

We are thrilled to share a special construction update with you today – The ground floor slab has been poured, and now we are officially back to ground!!! In terms of construction, this is a very important milestone for all of us, as this means we are another big step forward in the construction and to the completion of Hawthorn Club. We are excited to let you know that the builders have now finished top out at Hawthorn Club! Topping out is an important stage for the development and a huge milestone in itself. Along with the above news, windows have now started going in and the installation of balustrades has now commenced. The first kitchen joinery prototype will be installed next week. The anticipated completion of Hawthorn Club is still on track for early 2019 with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays. • The crane is now completely removed - a huge milestone for the project.
• Full speed fitting out of all apartments now occurring.
• Half of the balustrades are now installed.
